4,900-Mile 1999 Plymouth Prowler

This 1999 Plymouth Prowler is finished in Prowler Red over Agate leather, and it has been modified with pinstriping, red rear-bumper lettering, and chrome-plated accessories. Power is provided by a 3.5-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transaxle, and the car is further equipped with staggered-diameter five-spoke wheels, a black convertible soft top, air conditioning, cruise control, an Infinity sound system, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo with a CD changer.

The car is finished in Prowler Red with added pinstriping, and the recessed text in the split rear bumpers has been painted red. Other exterior details include bumper-integrated rear lighting, cycle-style front fenders, dual exhaust outlets, and a manually operated black convertible top that stows in the rear-hinged trunk. The front bumpers have been removed. Per the Carfax report, one or both of the headlights were replaced in May 2025.

Chrome-finished five-spoke 17″ front and 20″ rear wheels are mounted with 225/45 and 295/40 Goodyear Eagle GS-D tires, respectively. The suspension utilizes coilovers located inboard of the narrow front bodywork, and braking is from four-wheel ventilated discs. Decorative chromed covers have been added to the exposed front-suspension components.

The bolstered bucket seats are upholstered in Agate leather with embossed Prowler logos on the seatbacks. The AutoStick shifter allows manual gear selection for the automatic transaxle, and additional appointments include air conditioning, cruise control, chromed door-sill trim, an Infinity sound system, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo paired with a CD changer.

The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames an AutoMeter tachometer, and a body-color instrument panel houses a central 150-mph speedometer as well as gauges for voltage, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 4,900 miles, approximately 100 of which were added under current ownership.
