This German-market 1987 Volkswagen Scirocco was modified with a Rieger widebody kit while still in Europe. Imported in to the US in 2022, it is finished in metallic blue and powered by a 1.8-liter G60 inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. Additional modifications include 15″ BBS wheels, black and white leather Sparco racing seats, a roll cage, Schroth Racing harnesses, and Microsquirt standalone fuel management.

The Karmann-built body is finished in metallic blue and has been modified with a Rieger GTO widebody kit, which includes revised bumper covers, side skirts, a rear spoiler, and boxed fender flares. The sunroof was also deleted.

The 15″ BBS wheels are wrapped in staggered-width tires consisting of 190/50 Toyo rubber up front and 285/40 Pirelli rubber out back. The car is equipped with power steering as well as front and rear independent suspension. Stopping power is handled by front disc and rear drum brakes.

The 2+2 cabin features front Sparco racing seats trimmed in black and white leather along with rear split-folding seats. A roll cage is also installed, and additional interior equipment includes Schroth Racing harnesses, a Sparco shift knob and parking brake handle, a custom center console, and power windows and locks. A NOS bottle is mounted in the rear cargo area, but the system is currently nonfunctional. Imperfections on the sunroof delete panel are shown in the gallery.
