The chassis was modified with a Mustang II-style front suspension system with tubular control arms as well as a triangulated rear four-link suspension setup and adjustable coilovers at all four corners. Inside, the bench seat is trimmed in brown vinyl and accompanied by a seat-top console, a Vintage Air under-dash air conditioning system, a RetroSound stereo unit, a tilt steering column, and Dakota Digital gauges. Additional equipment includes a chrome grille, black running boards, a wood bed floor, a rear-mounted fuel tank, power rack-and-pinion steering, power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, and 15″ steel wheels with baby-moon hubcaps and whitewall tires.

The truck is finished in green, and the cab was converted from a three-window to a five-window configuration in 2019 before being refinished. Details include a chrome grille and bumpers, black running boards, and a wood bed floor with black runners and a flush-mounted fuel filler for the rear-mounted fuel tank.
