Power is provided by a replacement 5.7-liter V8 and six-speed manual gearbox, and additional modifications include an aftermarket clutch, a aFe cold air intake, long-tube headers, an X-pipe, GM titanium mufflers, and staggered-width Z06-style wheels. The car is finished in Light Pewter Metallic over black leather and equipped with power-adjustable seats, a head-up display, air conditioning, and cruise control.

The fixed roof coupe was only available as a separate model in 1999 and 2000, and 2,090 were produced in 2000. This example is finished in Light Pewter Metallic and features pop-up headlights, fog lights, body side moldings, a Corvette-branded front plate cover, and quad exhaust outlets. Blemishes are shown in the photo gallery below. Recent work consisted of replacing the left headlight motor and front air dam and adding aftermarket daytime running lamp assemblies and LED headlight and fog light bulbs.

Black-finished 17″ and 18″ Z06-style wheels are mounted with 275/40 Michelin Pilot Sport All Season front and 295/35 Continental Extreme Contact rear tires. Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated discs, and the calipers were refinished in red.

The cabin features aftermarket bolstered bucket seats that are trimmed in black leather and diamond-stitch pattern microsuede inserts. The headliner was replaced recently and amenities include an MGW short-throw shifter, a head-up display, seat-position memory settings, air conditioning, cruise control, and a Boss touchscreen infotainment system linked with two aftermarket amplifiers, a rear-mounted subwoofer, and component speakers in the doors. The head-up display is difficult to see, and the air conditioning system was serviced and recharged in 2026.
