L20B-Powered 1971 Datsun 510 2-Door Sedan 5-Speed offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced car with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
Subsequent work involved installing an L20B inline-four with dual Weber carburetors, a close-ratio five-speed manual transmission, and a limited-slip differential. Refinished in blue, the car rides on 15″ Konig wheels with four-wheel disc brakes, billet aluminum lower control arms, Techno Toy Tuning adjustable front camber plates, and aftermarket springs. Additional equipment includes black vinyl upholstery, a push-button radio, and a custom exhaust and headers.
The car was repainted blue by Maaco under current ownership, reportedly following rust remediation in the spare tire well and passenger floor pan area. The windshield, weatherstripping, and drain plugs were replaced at that time, and the bumpers were seam-welded and re-chromed. The windshield washers are inoperative.
The 15″ Konig Rewind wheels were mounted with 195/55 Caldera Confidence All Season tires in June 2026. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with 200SX rear units utilizing Silver Mine Motors caliper adapter brackets. Suspension modifications include Techno Toy Tuning adjustable front camber plates, Dodge D50 rear springs, CXRacing billet aluminum lower control arms, bump steer spacers, and polyurethane tie rod and sway bar bushings.
The front bucket seats and rear bench were re-trimmed in black pleated vinyl, and a replacement dash pad, headliner, carpets, and insulation were also installed under current ownership. A push-button radio is fitted in the stock location. The heater control valve is not connected.
