2004 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Commemorative Edition

This 2004 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 is one of 2,025 Commemorative Edition models produced to celebrate the C5-R's class victories at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

The car features a 5.7-liter LS6 V8 engine, a six-speed manual transmission, and a limited-slip differential. It also has a carbon-fiber hood, racing stripes, and a rear spoiler.

Track-oriented modifications include a square 18" wheel setup, uprated sway bars, a differential brace, and tow hooks. The car also has a head-up display, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and a power-adjustable driver's seat.

The C5 Z06 was only offered as a fixed-roof coupe for increased chassis stiffness and featured a quad-exit titanium exhaust system, mesh grille inserts, and weight-saving measures such as thinner glass and reduced sound deadening when compared to the standard C5.
