1963 Volkswagen Beetle for Sale by Auction

This 1963 Volkswagen Beetle has been refurbished with a rebuilt air-cooled flat-four engine displacing 2,165cc. The four-speed manual transaxle has been overhauled, and the car has been repainted in a new shade of green. Additional work includes powder coating the floor pans, re-trimming the seats, and installing a folding fabric sunroof, 15" Fuchs-style wheels, and four-wheel disc brakes.

The car has been equipped with a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo, an aftermarket sound system, and Coco mats. The body was removed from the chassis during the refurbishment, and replacement trim, moldings, glass, and door handles were installed. The bumpers have been re-chromed, and additional details include a left door mirror and running boards.

The car has been equipped with four-wheel disc brakes and a lowered front suspension. The interior features tan leatherette seats with houndstooth cloth inserts, color-coordinated door panels and carpets, and a Pioneer Bluetooth head unit linked to an ARC Audio amplifier and aftermarket speakers.

The odometer shows 71,000 miles, approximately 1,000 of which were added under current ownership.
