The car is finished in blue with a striped surrey top over ivory and blue vinyl upholstery and features tubular side rails as well as safety ropes. Power is from a replacement air-cooled 499cc twin fitted with a single downdraft carburetor and paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Further details include a Bluetooth-capable digital media receiver as well as body-color 12″ steel wheels and faux whitewalls.

The body was modified in the style of a Jolly model and repainted blue as part of the aforementioned conversion. The car wears a striped surrey top over the cabin, and tubular rails are fitted below the door openings.

The body-color 12″ steel wheels are mounted with 125-width Deestone tires wearing Atlas faux whitewalls. The suspension and drum brakes were overhauled as part of the Jolly build.

The open cabin houses front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in ivory and blue vinyl with blue piping. Color-coordinated floor mats protect the black carpets below, removable safety ropes span the door openings, and a Bluetooth-capable SX-5513 digital media receiver is installed under the dash.
