A subsequent refurbishment that was completed in June 2026 involved repainting the body in Sonic Silver, refreshing the red leather interior, and replacing the radiator and clutch. Power is supplied by a 360ci V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a Twin-Grip limited-slip differential. Features include Go Package equipment, a Ram-Air scooped hood, rear-window louvers, Magnum 500–style 14″ wheels, power-assisted front disc brakes, power steering, woodgrain interior trim, a fold-down center armrest, a Hurst shifter, and tilt steering.

Exterior details include a Ram-Air scooped hood, electrically actuated windshield wipers, a driver-side mirror, sail-panel AMX badging, simulated-side-pipe rocker-panel trim, and rear-window louvers. The bumpers were rechromed during the recent work, and the weatherstripping, emblems, and window sweeps were replaced.

Magnum 500–style 14″ wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires measuring 205/70. The car is equipped with power steering, and braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums.

The high-back bucket seats have a middle seat between them with a fold-down back that doubles as an armrest. Other interior equipment includes woodgrain trim, a Hurst shifter, a Weather Eye heater, a passenger-side grab handle, and in-dash Command Air vents for air circulation. The push-button AM radio is not hooked up, and the glovebox lock does not work, making its door difficult to open.
