This Rangoon Red 1965 Ford Mustang fastback was delivered new via Ford’s ordering district for Louisville, Kentucky. Subsequent work has included retrofitting front disc brakes and a five-speed manual transmission. Its carburetor and intake manifold were replaced, as well.

Finished from the factory in Rangoon Red (J), the car was repainted under previous ownership, and metal in the right footwell was replaced during the work. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, side mirrors, and rocker moldings.

The Torq Thrust-style 14″ wheels are wrapped in 205/70 Goodyear Integrity tires.

The seats are reupholstered in black vinyl, and replacement carpets line the floors. Cupholders and a retro-style stereo are additional elements.
