This 2006 Chevrolet SSR has 18k miles and is finished in two-tone Ricochet Silver and Smokin’ Asphalt over Ebony leather, while power is provided by a 6.0-liter V8 linked to a four-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The truck rides on chrome-finished 19″ and 20″ cast-aluminum wheels and is equipped with a sport suspension, a power-folding hardtop, body-color running boards, wood cargo floor rub strips, heated power-adjustable twin bucket seats, auxiliary gauges, a wind deflector, remote keyless entry, cruise control, air conditioning, an in-dash CD changer, and a Bose sound system.

The SSR was built on a modified version of the GMT360 platform shared with the contemporary TrailBlazer SUV, and its styling was inspired by the Chevrolet Advance Design family of trucks. This example is finished in two-tone Ricochet Silver and Smokin’ Asphalt with a color-matched hardshell tonneau cover and a power-retractable hardtop, and it left the factory as one of 45 examples destined to participate in the NASCAR Nextel Cup driver introductions during the August 2005 Allstate 400 at the Brickyard race. The special graphics and badging have since been removed, and the truck is equipped with flush-mounted halogen headlights bisected by a chrome-finished chevron bar as well as flush-mounted taillights, heated power-operated side mirrors, integrated body-color running boards, and dual polished exhaust tips. The carpeted cargo bed is accented with wood strips.

Chrome-finished 19″ front and 20″ rear five-spoke cast-aluminum wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires. The SSR was equipped from the factory with a ZQ8 sport suspension featuring an independent front and five-link solid-axle rear setup with front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.

The twin heated and power-adjustable high-back bucket seats are upholstered in Ebony leather. Body-color wraparound trim accents the cabin, while chrome trim adorns the dash, center console, and door panels. Equipment includes a color-keyed waterfall console as well as an in-dash CD changer, a Bose sound system, SSR-embroidered floor mats, remote keyless entry, bright chrome sill plates, satin chrome pedal covers, a wind deflector, air conditioning, and cruise control. The air conditioning was recharged in preparation for the sale.
