This 1995 Mercedes-Benz E320 cabriolet was delivered new to Continental Imports, Inc., of Austin, Texas, and revisions by RENNtech in 1999 included modifying the M104 inline-six to displace 3.6 liters, updating the four-speed automatic transmission, installing a 2.82:1 limited-slip differential and AMG lower bodywork, and more. Finished in Brilliant Emerald Metallic over Parchment leather, the car is equipped with a black convertible top, 18″ AMG-style wheels, heated power-adjustable front seats, a leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel, power windows, automatic climate control, and a Blaupunkt Bluetooth stereo head unit.

The cabriolet is finished in Brilliant Emerald Metallic (269), and it has been retrofitted with a body-color AMG-styled rear apron and side skirts. Additional appointments include a power-operated black soft top, RENNTech rear badging, headlamp wipers, power-adjustable side mirrors, a power-telescoping antenna, and a single eccentric-sweep windshield wiper. The roll bar module was replaced in 2001, the bumper covers were repainted in 2004, and the top hydraulic cylinders were rebuilt in 2013. The 18″ multi-piece AMG-style wheels are mounted with staggered-width Nexen N5000 front and N3000 rear tires. Braking is handled by anti-lock discs at each corner. Stock-specification front and rear springs were installed in 2022, along with a replacement steering damper, control arms, and front brake pads, rotors, and wear sensors.

The heated power-adjustable front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in Parchment leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Wood trim accents the dash, center stack, and doors, while amenities include power windows, automatic climate control, and all-weather floor mats. The Blaupunkt Frankfurt RCM82 DAB Bluetooth stereo head unit was installed in 2004. Interior imperfections include cracks in the leather on the front seats, the shifter trim, and the left seatbelt presenter, along with an inoperative right-side vanity mirror light.
