It was stripped and repainted in matte black with custom teal motifs and pinstriping added throughout. The 17″ Smoothie-style wheels were refinished in teal, and the wood bed floor was stained black. Power is provided by a 5.7-liter V8 linked with a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. The suspension was lowered and refreshed, and four-wheel disc brake and power steering conversions were performed. Inside, the replacement bench seat features heating elements and is trimmed in black leather; additional amenities include air conditioning, a retro-style digital stereo, and a swan-neck shifter.
The matte black finish is accented by teal motifs, which include a tribal-inspired geometric pattern on the roof and a fish scale pattern surrounding the rear window, and they are joined by pinstripe accents on the hood, tailgate, and doors. The grille, bumpers, and inner fenders were powder-coated, and the front-left fender well, windshield, rear window, bumpers, mirrors, and lights were replaced.
The bed was removed from the truck and separately overhauled before it was fitted with a hand-stained oak floor with chrome-finished runners and bolts. The tailgate chains and covers were replaced.
Teal 17″ Smoothie-style wheels feature conical hubcaps and are mounted with Coker Classic whitewall tires. The suspension features a lowering kit with replacement springs, shocks, and bushings, as well as a front torsion bar upgrade, and further upgrades include power steering and power-assisted four-wheel discs. The cab mounts have also been replaced.
