About this car

This 1971 Ford Ranchero 500 has a 460ci V8 engine that was overhauled and installed by the seller in 1999. The engine features a Weiand intake manifold, an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, a COMP Cams camshaft, and an MSD distributor with an MSD ignition control module.

The body was repainted in Ford's Grabber Green Metallic with a satin black hood in 2011. The bed has a wood bed floor over the steel cargo floor, and the side markers were shaved during the build. A paint bubble is present atop the left bed side, and there are cracks on the rear door pillar.

The bench seat is trimmed in black vinyl and accompanied by a Lokar floor shifter and an AM radio. The seller notes a clutch pedal has been added to allow for a possible manual transmission conversion.
