Silver-finished 17″ Marchesini wheels are wrapped in Pirelli tires. Adjustable suspension consists of an inverted 43mm Showa fork with a titanium-nitride coating in addition to an Öhlins monoshock attached to the aluminum box-section swingarm by way of a progressive linkage. Braking is from four-piston Brembo calipers mounted over a pair of retrofitted EBC discs up front and a two-piston caliper mounted over a single 245mm drilled rotor at the rear.

Individual handlebars frame the instrument panel, which houses a 180-mph speedometer, a 13k-rpm tachometer, and a digital display with fuel level, engine temperature, and gear selection readouts. The five-digit odometer shows 1,200 miles.

The liquid-cooled 996cc Desmoquattro L-twin features an electric starter, Marelli electronic fuel injection, four valves per cylinder, and a dual exhaust system with carbon-fiber silencers.
