This 1974 Jensen Interceptor Mk III fastback was purchased in Canada by its previous owner in 1988, and it was the subject of a mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment between 2009 and 2012. Work included corrosion repairs and refinishing the body in Crimson Red, a refresh of the interior, overhauls of the suspension and brakes, and rebuilds of the 440ci V8 engine and TorqueFlite three-speed automatic transmission. Features include electronic fuel injection, R134a-converted air conditioning, a limited-slip differential, 15″ alloy wheels, replacement wiring, leather-trimmed seating surfaces, a Sony CD player, and Edelbrock intake and headers.

The Interceptor was styled by Carrozzeria Touring of Italy, and this example is said to have been finished in Crimson Red from the factory. Corrosion repairs were performed between 2009 and 2010, the sills and weather seals were replaced, and the body was repainted in 2012. Exterior details include Hella driving lights, chrome bumpers, power-adjustable side mirrors, a wraparound glass hatch, and dual exhaust outlets.

The five-spoke 15″ alloy wheels were refinished under previous ownership and feature anodized surfaces with body-colored recesses, and 215/70 Hankook tires are fitted at each corner. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering and four-wheel disc brakes. The braking and suspension systems were overhauled during the refurbishment.

The cabin features front bucket seats and two rear seats upholstered in tan leather. Refinished wood trim lines the center console, and additional appointments include power-operated windows, a Sony CD player, and an R134a-converted air conditioning system. The Velcro is separating from the driver’s headrest cushion.
