1972 Innocenti · Canada · Lender-owned, lien released
1972 Innocenti Mini 1001 offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced car with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
This 1972 Innocenti Mini 1001 was built under license in Italy, where it was first sold, and was the subject of a refurbishment prior to being imported to Canada in June 2026. Refinished in gold over replacement cream vinyl upholstery, the car is powered by a 998cc inline-four linked to a four-speed manual transaxle. It features 10″ steel wheels, an SU carburetor, a cabin heater, a Hellebore wood-rimmed steering wheel, and Veglia Borletti instrumentation. Following its arrival in Canada, KYB Gas-A-Just front shocks were installed, and the front wheel hubs, steering rack assembly, ball joints, and carburetor jets were replaced.
Innocenti Minis were built under license in Italy and are distinguished from British-produced models by their front fender marker lights, opening quarter-light windows on the doors, a plastic grille, a revised trunk lid, and market-specific badging. This example was refinished in gold during the aforementioned refurbishment, and a taillight lens was replaced in July 2026.
The 10″ steel wheels wear polished hubcaps and are mounted with Nankang tires. Stopping power is provided by drum brakes at each corner. After being imported to Canada in 2026, KYB Gas-A-Just front shocks were installed, and the front wheel hubs, steering rack assembly, and ball joints were replaced.
The left-hand-drive cabin has been retrimmed in cream vinyl with yellow piping, and it features a Hellebore wood-rimmed steering wheel, a wood gearshift knob, and a heater. Imperfections on the lower portions of the door cards are presented in the gallery.
