1964 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible 4-Speed offered at online auction by Repo Vehicle Holdings. Bank-sourced car with a clear title, VIN history report, no buyer fees and a 30-day return window. Open bidding with the full bid history visible.
It was refurbished in the early 2000s and is finished in silver over silver. Power is provided by a 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 15″ turbine wheels, and an AM/FM radio. The tires and soft top were replaced under current ownership.
The fiberglass body left the factory finished in Satin Silver and was repainted circa 2002, while the black soft top was replaced under current ownership. Exterior features include fender vents, quad tail lamps, chrome bumperettes, and dual exhaust outlets that exit through the rear valance. The flip-up headlamps and the brake lights do not work.
The 15″ turbine wheels were mounted with 205/75 Toyo Extensa tires under current ownership. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel drums. A set of wheel covers is included in the sale.
The bucket seats are upholstered in silver vinyl and are joined by replacement carpets and matching door panels. Amenities include a heater, an AM/FM radio, a reverse-lockout shifter, and lap belts. The analog clock does not work.
